From Creation ("we", "our", or "us") operates https://fromcreation.co and related applications including our SMS Engagement Platform, Small Business Contact Center, and client web dashboards. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring your personal information is handled in a secure, transparent, and responsible manner in full compliance with applicable privacy standards.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, authenticate with third-party providers, request a demo, use our applications, or communicate with us:

  • Account & Contact Information: Name, email address, company name, phone number, and account preferences.
  • Authentication Data: Login credentials, cryptographic session tokens, and identity assertions provided by authorized single sign-on (SSO) identity providers (such as Google Sign-In).
  • Billing & Transaction Details: Subscription tiers, usage logs, and billing receipts (processed securely via PCI-DSS certified payment processors).
  • Communications & Operational Data: Support inquiries, message delivery logs, campaign analytics, and user feedback.

3. Google OAuth 2.0 & User Data Disclosure

From Creation allows users to sign in and authenticate using Google OAuth 2.0 ("Google Sign-In"). When you choose to authenticate via Google:

  • Data Accessed: We request access only to your basic Google profile information, specifically your primary Google account email address (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.email), full name (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/userinfo.profile), profile photo, and unique Google account identifier (openid).
  • Purpose of Use: We use this Google user data solely to authenticate your identity, create and associate your From Creation user account, secure your session, and allow you to access our SaaS applications and client dashboards.
  • Google API Services User Data Policy (Limited Use): From Creation's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
  • No Sale or Commercial Transfer: We never sell, lease, rent, or transfer your Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising networks under any circumstances.
  • No AI Model Training: Information received from Google APIs is not used to train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models.
  • Revoking Access & Data Deletion: You can revoke From Creation's access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account Security Settings. You may also request the permanent deletion of your account and associated profile data by contacting us at support@fromcreation.co.

4. Mobile Information & SMS Privacy (CTIA / 10DLC Compliance)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of data described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will never be shared, sold, rented, or traded with any third parties for promotional reasons.

5. How We Use Collected Information

We use collected data strictly to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and scale our applications and cloud infrastructure.
  • Authenticate user access and protect against fraudulent, unauthorized, or illegal activity.
  • Deliver transactional alerts, billing statements, system notifications, and customer support.
  • Comply with applicable legal, telecommunications (10DLC / TCPA), and regulatory standards.

6. Security & Cloud Native Infrastructure

All data is hosted natively on Amazon Web Services (AWS) using industry-leading AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, strict role-based IAM access control, and continuous monitoring.

7. Data Retention & Your Rights

We retain personal data only as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain audit logs, and comply with legal obligations. You have the right to access, export, modify, or permanently delete your personal information at any time. To exercise these rights, submit a request to support@fromcreation.co. For SMS programs, text STOP at any time to opt out immediately.
